    That was a great video. Everybody is taking about the importance of social media, but on some of the sites like twitter and facebook though great socially, I fail to see how you can attract friends and followers who are genuinely interested in what you offer ? And do they really translate into business?

    Maybe the 2009 Report would shed more light.
