Pinnacle Quest Consulting today announced that it has agreed to an alliance between its Dave Beson Seminars division and Windsor, Colorado-based RealOrganized, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, Dave Beson’s complete LetterWriter library will be made available to RealtyJuggler Real Estate Software customers as an integrated letter library option.

Every once in a while I come across a new concept or idea that is worth sharing. Several months ago I purchased a copy of a new book called “Surviving Your Serengeti” by Stefan Swanepoel. Stefan is a real estate industry leader and one of the most influence people in our space. I thought perhaps this book would be another “how-to” regarding real estate trends, or “how to” survive the downturn, full of information, because those are things Stefan is knowledgeable about. I could not have been more wrong!

Here we are with summer in full swing and business is, well, let’s say interesting. As we refocus our efforts on the balance of the year, now is a great time to really stop and look at where we are, and what must be done to hit our goals for 2010.

Some of the biggest challenges we face today is the complicated nature of every transaction, with appraisals, lender restrictions, buyers that can’t decide and are waiting for further drops in prices, and the sheer amount of paperwork that is required to manage a deal.
