Glad that you brought up this distinction. Amazing how easy it can be to make a contact, but a few weeks later you have no clue what ever happened to them. I recently visited a ton of housing units, talked to agents and was only followed up with by two or three. How do people expect to sell when they don’t even want to get my initial thoughts?
