I totally disagree with your thoughts in regard to getting educated in Shortsales and Foreclosure Intervention. Due to our challenging times, I decided to adapt my business, and that meant getting educated in Shortsale and Foreclosure intervention! We have a sunami of struggling homeowners and more on the way! I have helped hundreds of families, and in my opinion, it is all totally worth it! If your going to do Shortsales, then $ can't be the driving force. If that is the case, just refer them to me. I am a Realtor, and I took an oath to serve my clients and my community, PERIOD! Remember, the struggling homeowner could be you. Having said that I believe is important to study the subject to serve your clients, Sellers and Buyers, better. Ignorance is a choice.
