		<description>I agree that most REALTORS want to do a great job by their clients.  The problem is, most don't really know how to do it in a cost effective way.  There are two many real estate brokerages that as you say, take to much as compared to what they give.  First thing I think they miss, is they don't make new REALTORS sit down and write a actual business plan.</description>
