		<description>I agree that you need to have a specialty.... trying to cover too big of an area or too many types of property can cost a lot of money in marketing and you can spread yourself too thin... Plant the seed in one area/niche and let it from from there</description>

That said, in the days of the bubble, anyone could sell a home.  Today, it is much more difficult, and requires greater marketing prowess and understanding of the marketplace.  If agents don&#039;t do the work and become experts in all facets of real estate, the market, marketing, etc., they will quickly find themselves looking for a new job.</description>
