Guess What … Too Many Agents Are Giving Up On Their On-line Leads Way Too Early.

When it comes to being toe to toe, belly to belly with a perspective buyer or seller real estate professionals generally shine. And when you think about it – it’s really no wonder.

The majority of the gurus and trainers focus on negotiation skills, building rapport, strong handshake and a look um in the eye type of an approach.

That’s all well and good with people … BUT … what about those elusive internet leads that we generate via our websites and other on-line marketing efforts? You can’t look these people in the eye and frankly many agents will tell you that these are not really people at all.

What you have to keep in mind is that the Internet Empowered Consumer is just that … empowered!

They dictate when, how often and even if they want to be contacted but here’s the thing – a large percentage will actually buy/sell but only with an agent that is sympathetic to the way they want to do business … and that’s where Matthew Ferrara comes in.

Matthew and his company have been showing real estate professionals the nuisances of working with and converting internet leads into real in the bank commissions.

Thank you so much for sharing the link to this video! This video is excellent and I am going to share it with my agents who handle the leads generated from my website.

I agree i have heard from many different agents that used online leads before and they told me they did not work. However, I was contacted by First Century Mortgage in New Mexico about there buyer-agent referral program and I gave it a try and had great success. I believe the success comes from the fact that they approach the buyer first and have a previous rapport with the prospect then hand them over to a Realtor which makes it an easier approach for us real estate professionals.
