UPDATE: HouseValues acquires Realty Generator

HouseValues.com has acquired 5-year old Realty Generator, a provider of marketing and technology solutions to real estate brokerage companies. Labeled as the “missing piece of the puzzle” Realty Generator offers brokerage companies a comprehensive Internet marketing system for cultivating their leads and managing their real estate business.

    I had a love/hate relationship with HouseValues for a few years before eventually cancelling because of their failure to understand repeated requests for lead incubation enhancements.

    Have been using Realty Generator for about 2 months and am very impressed by its back-end.(though there are a few minor shortcomings.)

    This move could seriously help House Values, especially if they’re able to offer the RG platform to single agents without broker financial involvement.
