We are seeing online distribution of listings evolve so that it is becoming easier and easier for listings to receive wider and wider exposure. The fastest change that has been taking place is the wider distribution real estate professionals are generating. What is also happening, albeit a slower pace, is the ability for a home owner to generate similar wide exposure for his/her home. Right now, a home owner can advertise their home on Google Base, Zillow, FSBO sites, Kijiji, Craigslist and access even more using solutions such as vFlyer.
